Sovra angels are the only angel species to have made a society after being freed from the gods. A good natured people, Sovras, also known as glass wings, are beings that pride themselves in doing what they can to improve. Their Society reflects this, as it has no currency, and most things are traded or given to another. The angels are given homes when of age, and major learning doesn't start till they are an adult at 1 Astron old. A true adult though is normally 28 Astrons old though.
Biology Notes
The typical Sovra though has a colorful mane of feathers, with either a black scaly or feathery body texture. They have powerful wings with colorful patterns on them, each being unique to the angel themself. Their eyes are often white orbs with no pupils, and their mouths have 2 rows of teeth in them. The have special patterns on their faces as well which are different to each angel.

When a Sovra angel dies they shatter like glass.
Trait Notes
Angels also have a variety of traits they may have other than the standard ones that are somewhat like mutations to them. These are seen in a neutral light for Sovras, as they are just something angels have. Angels born with these traits are see as any normal angel, and can be helpful to the angel.

Below are some traits an angel may have.
Ears are one of the more common traits. Coming in a variety of styles, they are normally feathered with those with no feathers being very rare.

With ears an angel is normally more expressive of their emotions and such.
Horns are another of the more common traits. With a variety of styles and are seen as objects to decorate by some.
Feather color traits and feather mutations are semi-common. Feathers can have up to 3 colors at a time with this trait, and a feather mutation trait often has extra feathers pop up.
Spines are a bit rare but are common enough that most angels don't stare at another for having them. Spines can pierce another's scales/feathers so often those with them seek ways to remove the ones that would cause this issue.
Having more then 2 eyes is a rarer trait. Most only get a 3rd eye but some get a 4th one too. No angel has ever gotten more than 4.
Pigment mutations are very rare, from freckles to other skin pigment issues like piebald, its very interesting to see other angels with these traits.
Angels can also be born with an extra pair of smaller wings or an extra pair of smaller arms. These are rare traits, but are very helpful to some angels.

Angels normally have up to 3 traits at a time if they have any at all. Anything more is considered very odd.
Angels may also have wing mutations which is very VERY rare, and most make the angel flightless. Very rarely does this trait help the angel.
